MY Work
J.CREW GROUP
2022 ESG Reporting Advisory
It was a real pleasure supporting J.Crew and Madewell to bring their impact efforts to life through their 2022 ESG Reports. I worked with the teams to provide strategic guidance on the set-up of the reports, as well as advice on what to communicate at a group-level vs. a brand-level. I also supported with content reviews, challenging positioning, identifying gaps and making narrative suggestions, while overseeing the design process.

BESTSELLER / JACK & JONES
Impact Platform Communications Evolution
At Reconsidered, I worked with JACK & JONES to guide the evolution of its A/BETTER WORLD impact platform in light of proposed EU regulations on apparel products and increased scrutiny on sustainability claims.
After re-assessing how the brand was talking about A/BW, we made communications recommendations that ensured A/BW messaging was robust enough to meet growing expectations, while remaining engaging for JACK & JONES consumers.
ALLIANCE FOR WATER STEWARDSHIP
Communications Plan & Asset Development
Reconsidered partnered with the Alliance For Water Stewardship (AWS) – a global network of businesses, NGOs and the public sector – to develop a series of multi-channel marketing and communications plans to ignite water stewardship action in key sectors.
I supported the development of key assets to deliver our strategy recommendations to target audiences – from writing Issue Importance Briefings to facilitating an internal team Communications Upskilling Workshop – it was an honour to support the AWS team.
LCBO’S SPIRIT OF SUSTAINABILITY IMPACT REPORT 2020/21
Impact Measurement & Reporting
At the LCBO, I was responsible for tracking and reporting progress towards strategic commitments at the end of each fiscal year. I identified Key Performance Indicators in collaboration with all internal departments. Once we had reported to the leadership team and Board of Directors, I would work with colleagues and our charitable and industry partners to translate the data into compelling stories for an external audience. I also helped develop LCBO’s first Impact Video in partnership with Corex Creative.
LCBO’S SPIRIT OF INCLUSION INITIATIVE
Impact Program Development
One of my responsibilities was to develop action plans that addressed gaps in our impact strategy. As such, I played a key role in the development of the Spirit of Inclusion Initiative — a scholarship and mentorship program designed to create opportunities for diverse women to enter and advance in the alcohol industry. I helped sell the idea internally, establish charitable partners, and launch the initiative externally. I am so proud of this program and can’t wait to how it evolves!

CONVERSE’S RENEW LINE: LIFE’S TOO SHORT TO WASTE
Brand Strategy
At Public Inc., I was on the strategy team that developed the branding for Chucks dedicated to sustainable production and recycled materials. I particularly love the tagline we came up with: Life’s Too Short To Waste.
TD BANK’s READY COMMITMENT
Impact Platform
As part of Public Inc.‘s strategy team, we built this platform around 4 drivers of change (based on the social determinants of health) — financial security, vibrant planet, connected communities, and better health. We engaged TD’s stakeholders to organize current programming within each pillar and identified new commitments and programs to develop towards “opening doors for a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow.”
ONTARIO TEXTILE DIVERSION CAMPAIGN
Impact Campaign
Having established trusted relationships with leaders in Canada’s sustainable fashion space, I worked with a multi-stakeholder collaborative, the Ontario Textile Diversion Collaborative (OTDC), to develop a campaign that increased awareness around how to properly dispose of or recycle clothing in Ontario.
FASHION MAG SUSTAINABILITY EDITORIALS
Styling and Creative Direction
I assisted lead stylist and dear friend, Sarah Jay, with two shoots for Fashion Magazine, both showcasing sustainable brands or lines of clothing, with an emphasis on local and BIPOC designers.
FASHION ART TORONTO (FAT) SUSTAINABLE DESIGNER SHOWS
Styling and Creative Direction
For two years, I’ve assisted Sarah Jay at Fashion Art Toronto runway shows. In 2021, the event was hosted virtually and the shows took place in a Value Village warehouse to enhance the sustainability story. Designers included Patrick Salonga, Remark by Lauren, and 3 3 4 7. In 2022, we were back in person and I supported Sanaz Doost’s iconic jewellery show!
